Children

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have their first check-up with an orthodontist no later than age 7. Early intervention, if needed, helps avoid lengthy and more complex orthodontic treatment at a later point as a teenager or adult.

Teens

First impressions are often based on physical appearance, including your smile – this is especially true during the teenage years. We offer teenagers a wide array of treatment options, from different-colored braces to discreet Invisalign® clear aligners.

Adults

It's never too late to achieve your dream smile! Aside from aesthetic reasons, there are several health benefits to having straight teeth and a good bite, such as chewing food properly and preventing jaw joint problems in the future. Ask us about our many esthetic options for adults.

Clear Aligners

Invisalign®

Dr. Jay Joshi is a highly trained  Invisalign specialist with extensive experience providing Invisalign treatments for all ages. Dr. Joshi will customize a treatment plan that will improve your smile esthetics and bite before clear removable aligners will be fabricated.   You will be able to change your aligners at home on a customized schedule defined by Dr. Joshi.According to your treatment plan, each set of aligners will gently and gradually move your teeth into their ideal position.  Dr. Joshi will monitor your Invisalign treatment throughout the process

Braces

Metal

Get the smile you have always wanted with braces. Traditional metal braces have long been a treatment of choice for patients with more complex bite problems. With advancements in orthodontics, metal brackets have become smaller in size and are not as visible and bulky as before. Colors can be added to style your braces.

Ceramic

Ceramic braces give patients the best of both worlds – they are discreet and get outstanding results, similar to how traditional metal braces work. Ceramic brackets are made of high-quality ceramic that makes it easy to blend your teeth' natural color –and that makes it a popular choice with teens and adults.

Champagne Gold

Champagne gold braces are becoming popular with teens and adults for giving extra shine to their smiles. Due to their light and attractive Champagne gold color, these braces appear brighter, smaller, and less conspicuous than their silver-colored counterparts.

Damon®

Damon Braces is a unique braces system that is used to create broad smiles. They are a type of "self-ligating braces" that is very effective at creating extra space for teeth and can be used to avoid extractions in very crowded dentitions.

LightForce®

LightForce is the world's first 3D-printed braces, and the best part about them is that they're 100% customized for your smile. With fully personalized brackets and orthodontic components to fit every individual's tooth anatomy and bite, it results in a more predictable treatment and faster treatment times.

InBrace™ Lingual

Lingual braces are placed behind your teeth, making them invisible when you talk and smile. No one will know you're wearing braces with InBrace lingual braces. It has an innovative Smartwires® system designed specifically to each patient and moves your teeth gradually with less force.

Phase I Orthodontic Treatment

Phase I treatment is designed to correct dental and skeletal problems early on to allow normal development of jaw bones and eruption of permanent teeth. There are many types of orthodontic devices used for Phase I Orthodontics, such as palatal expanders. Orthodontic expanders are very helpful in cases wherein there is not enough room for permanent teeth to come in. It creates space by widening the jaw bone, so we can attempt to avoid having permanent teeth extractions later.

TMD/TMJ

Many people experience pain in the face or neck, limited jaw movement, locking of the jaw, and clicking or popping sounds in the ear area as symptoms of TMD (Temporomandibular Disorder). Dr. Joshi and Dr. Wilcoxon are committed to providing patients with the latest techniques and procedures to manage TMJ disorder symptoms.

Orthognathic Surgery

Our orthodontic specialists had extensive training to perform jaw surgery or orthognathic surgery to correct severe bite problems or misaligned jaws. The goal is not only to correct bite, but also to improve your self-esteem, ability to chew and speak, and resolve breathing problems for patients with sleep apnea.
